How Nursing License Lookup handles site data and why visitors should enter personal identifiers only on official portals.

Information you should not send us
Do not send names for lookup, license or certificate numbers, dates of birth, Social Security numbers, disciplinary documents or other private identifiers. This site does not need them. Follow an official action link and submit any required information directly to the government or Nursys system responsible for the search.
Basic server data
Our hosting provider may process standard request information such as IP address, browser type, requested URL, timestamps and error logs for security, reliability and aggregate traffic measurement. We do not use this information to build profiles about licensees.
Cookies and third parties
The static site does not require an account or use advertising cookies at launch. Official external sites have their own privacy practices. Opening an external link leaves this site, and that service may require cookies, JavaScript, terms acceptance or security checks.
If you contact the corrections address, we use the message to investigate and respond. Avoid personal record details. Messages may be retained as needed for security and editorial documentation.
