Confirm the result says Certified Nursing Assistant and matches the intended person. Open any public complaint or disciplinary information shown in the official record.
Use MQA certification for formal requests
If another agency needs an official verification rather than a public screen, use Florida's license-certification request and confirm the current fee before ordering.
